The Lock Box's Front Side

Lock Boxes allow first responders to get into your home without knocking down the door. They have a keypad that has a secret combination. When the correct pass code is entered, they can be opened to reveal a hidden key that will be used to open up the house. Not having a lock box will, in the event of an emergency, waste precious time trying to get into the senior's home and may result in a broken door or window. Additionally, the house would likely be left unsecured if the senior has to be taken to a hospital.
To install the lockbox, just enter your 4 digit pass code, open the door, and place it on a sturdy pipe or door handle. Attach a key to the key ring inside the door panel and close the box. It is now ready to use. Remember to tell Pioneer Emergency the location of the box!

We will program your lock box for you. To choose a code, pick four unique digits. Examples of a working code include 1935 or 2051. Examples of codes that do not are like 1123 or 1941. Once you tell us the code we will program it in. They are reprogrammable, but if you do chose to change the code, please tell us the new number so that we may update your profile.
